The stylist was very nice but it was her last day. She foiled my hair with lots of expertise and certainly knew what she was doing. However, she kept noting that she had somewhere to be (evidenced by the fact that she left the salon before I even had a chance to pay). She let me process for approximately 20 minutes which did nothing to cover my shiny grey. I called the salon after my event to let them know that my greys were blaring and that I thought it was due to a short processing time, the person proceeded to argue with me about the processing time and promised to have a manager call me back to discuss. That person never called and I ended up paying another salon an additional $130+ in less than 2 weeks of my Nevaeh appointment. I've never called a salon to complain about color before and was disappointed with the results (or lack thereof) from this establishment.
