I had been taking my Abby to Petco for nearly 13 years until they got a new groomer, who claimed that she was freaking out during the grooming. Amber was so very friendly and welcoming. Better yet, Lexie said that Abby did great during her session. The price was much less than I expected and we will definitely be back. I could not be more pleased! read more

Location Haircut Friendliness Price Timeliness = 5 stars!! I am so excited to have found a great groomer! I was a little skeptical about the area but I agree with another reviewer who said they felt right at home with their best girlfriends as soon as they walked in! The workers seem to love their job and all the pups that come in! I was quoted 3 hours but she called me about 2 hours later saying my Luna was good to go! When I walked in to get her the other dogs seemed so happy and relaxed on the grooming table, you love to see it! There were about 4 dogs in the shop including my Cavapoo and all the haircuts looks soo good! This is my third place to try and while it was more expensive than the other places, you get what you pay for!! read more

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Give this groomer 10 starts! The second I walked into this place I felt like I was at home with my best girlfriends. My dogs were able to get off their leashes and play with the shop dogs while I spoke to amber about life and obviously about what I wanted done to my doggies. God bless this woman because I know I put the pressure on with my request I can be a weeeeee extra when it comes to my babes (aren't we all?) and I know it can come off intensely. I left my dogs in the best hands ever and I was able to walk away without a single worry! And HOLY FRICK WHEN I CAME BACK- they looked FLAWLESS! I mean seriously! My golden had chiseled ears and a beautiful notch and underbelly! Exactly how I wanted him! And my springer puppy was just a fluffy puppy boy and she took care of some of his puppy fluff on his pointers that was bothering me. I honestly didn't want to leave this place because I just felt so comfertabke there! I wish I could go back to just simply hangout 10/10 would recommend! Worth every penny and more! read more

I've always brought my dogs here for grooming. I had a shihtzu that absolutely hated going to the groomers, but when I began taking him to Amber's he calmed down for them and was always looking amazing when I picked him up. Now, I have a new puppy that I rescued 8 months ago. I only trust Amber's Goochie Poochie to do her grooming! read more

I took my little yorkie Chalupa in for a groom and was skeptical because of what PetSmart did to her. My fiancé went to get her and she came out looking like a superstar!! The price was very affordable and I love how they took their time with her. She usually gets a little timid with new people so it can be a challenge, but they handled it well.We have found a new groomer and I am excited about it! Thank you guys for being so nice to not only her but us as well and taking care of my baby. read more

I very much liked how my dog was groomed and felt grateful that I was called as soon as my dog was ready. The issue I have had for the past year has been with the lady who answers the phone. She is unnecessarily rude. I've noticed it with myself and other customers. The last phone call I made to schedule an appointment, she was short and audibly annoyed with my questions. I decided not to schedule the appointment and we will not be back. read more

By far the best groomer I've been to! My babies Noble (Yorkshire terrier) and Nala (Standard Poodle) always come home looking beautiful and smelling great too. All of the groomers there are so nice and professional. You can tell how much they all love the pups that are brought in. I won't take my babies anywhere else in Arkansas! read more

Benji loves Amber and she is so sweet with him. I have never gone in to the shop and seen anything but kindness with the groomers. If your dog is aggressive or mean spirited, she may restrict with a muzzle, but any groomer would. Love her!!! read more

Awesome job! She got my dog in right away and had him done pretty quick. She did exactly as I asked and did a great job! Full trim, nails, ears, bath, and anal glands all for $34 (20 lb. dog) Place was super cute and she was so nice! read more

Working here was one of the most toxic experiences I've had. The practice manager and owner created…read morean environment where employees felt undervalued, overworked, and manipulated. In my experience, there was a strong focus on the financial side of the business while employee well-being and morale seemed to be an afterthought. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of professionalism. I frequently witnessed and endured management speaking negatively about employees to other employees, as well as showing confidential information on her computer, cell phone, and in person. which created an atmosphere of distrust and anxiety. Instead of fostering teamwork, it felt like people were constantly worried about becoming the next topic of conversation. The workload was excessive, expectations were unrealistic, and many employees were pushed to the point of burnout. During my time there, the practice lost nearly its entire staff within about a month. Rather than addressing the underlying issues, management appeared to simply "refresh" the staff with new hires. Unfortunately, I saw some of those new employees questioning whether they wanted to stay within their first week. Every workplace has challenges, but a high turnover rate and consistently low morale should be taken seriously. I hope leadership takes an honest look at the work environment and makes meaningful changes, because the employees and patients deserve better. The practice manager also frequently made demeaning and insulting comments about employees and former coworkers. I witnessed her ridicule a former doctor by mocking the way he excitedly flailed his arms after recognizing a mutual client his father knew. She then insinuated that his behavior meant he was autistic, using the term in a derogatory way. Regardless of the doctor's background or personality, mocking someone's mannerisms and using a developmental condition as the basis for a joke was unprofessional, disrespectful, and contributed to an unhealthy workplace culture. Another concern I had was the strong emphasis placed on recommending dental procedures. It often felt as though dentistry was viewed as the practice's primary source of revenue, and I frequently saw pet owners encouraged to schedule dental procedures that, in my opinion and based on what I observed, were not always clearly medically necessary. This created the impression that financial considerations were sometimes prioritized over individualized patient care, which made me uncomfortable as both an employee and an advocate for my patients.
