I've had some good interactions and some bad interactions with Flower Bed Creations, and am a…read morerepeat customer at two different properties I've own. I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.

I cannot express enough how happy and impressed I was with Hector and team! I hired another…read morelandscaper to install a dry garden but had no idea what he was doing. A week (and thousands of dollars) later I knew he was struggling because nothing seemed done so I started looking for a different landscaper. Hector was quick to respond and came to the house on the same day. He gave me his initial thoughts and the estimate came the following day. He and his crew had the bulk of the work done in a day and went the extra mile to add finishing touches that improved on what I was envisioning. The end result was someth even better than I envisioned. He also cleaned up all the fallen leaves (unfortunately that's a daily struggle as you can tell in the pictures).
