I was pretty skeptical that the Vevazz bed would work for weight loss. Well, I did lose several inches on my waist, arms and thighs after 18 sessions, and I do feel more energized. My body feels much firmer, and slimmer even though I did not lose any weight. It's the inches that make the difference as you are burning fat using the Vevazz bed. Went here for a few sessions of laser lipo the facility itself is old fashioned not up to date and kind of dirty. The fact they use bed sheets on the table with a cloth pillow grosses me out knowing people probably share it. There were crumbles on the floor my first visit that were still There the next week. My adjustment was alright but I've had better with other chiropractors. Not to mention the lady was sick coughing and sniffling my first visit during Covid and didn't care if we wore masks. I'm not paranoid about Covid but that the time it just seemed yucky. She was nice but I quit going because it just seemed unclean to me. I wouldn't go back. read more

Thanks to Dr. Brown I am on the road to recovery and in a lot less pain. I had been suffering from severe debilitating lower back pain for four months and thought I was getting better, but a sneeze left me almost immobile right before New Year's. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was apprehensive about getting adjusted. Dr. Brown warned me that after my first session I may not feel better. It wasn't immediate but I did start to feel better bit by bit. I have had three adjustments and I am in a much better place movement and pain-wise then I was just 10 days ago. I had mono for three months. Tried everything my regular Dr recommended including a really harsh steroid, extra strength cough drops...nothing helped. Being SO sick during quarantine while taking care of a toddler really started to effect my mental health...and then I found Dr. Brown. I had never been to a chiropractor and wasn't sure it would help, but I was willing to try ANYTHING. Dr. Brown described to me how the nervous system is effected by chiropractic work and how it could aid in healing and boosting my immune system...after several adjustments and pops in my neck, back and hips I left hopeful, but not wanting to get my hopes up. Within hours of leaving her office my severe throat pain started to decrease and my body felt less achey. I went to bed and woke up the next morning with NO sore throat!!!! First time in three months I did not wake up to a raw throat. By the middle of the next day I was walking with my toddler to the park and dancing around the living room no exaggeration. I came here for 6 lipo laser sessions and unfortunately saw almost no change, my thighs has reduced .25 Right and .5 left after the treatments. I believe I could have gotten better results but there was never a single consultation or any explanation on how to make the treatment more effective. I researched online what to do and was told to drink Lots of water, exercise, eat healthy to see results. I was exercising regularly and eating relatively healthy but saw no change, I think the results I got were from me exercising on my own and not the machine. Dr.Brown is very caring and offered me a blanket for my sessions, but the bed and pillow don't have a plastic sheet to wipe down after each session and I never saw her actually clean the body vibration machine handles. I would go back to try her chiropractic adjustments since she's very nice, respects her clients and makes sure they are comfortable but unfortunately the loo sessions weren't it for me. read more

I met Dr. Kiristina Brown at a Palos Verdes Chamber mixer and was talking to her about weight issues. She explained a safe weight loss program to me. OMG.... I am so impressed. She takes the time to absorb your pain history then proceeds to walk you visually through to where that is situated in your body, explaining what other areas are impacted and how the procedure will go and what you will achieve. I went in, at a friend's recommendation, for the first time of seeing a chiropractor ever. I was nervous and hopeful. Dr. Brown is an expert at aligning and addressing any pain in your body - my lower back felt better almost instantly and I woke up the next day feeling happier and lighter.
