I was told there was a family emergency and asked to wait a week, which I understood. I confirmed that pricing would remain the same and waited as requested. Eight days later, I followed up and we confirmed a 9 AM appointment for the next morning. The day of, there was no communication. After waiting over an hour, I called at around 10:15 AM, which went unanswered. I then received a text saying Arnulfo had cancelled his route for the day due to him planning his birthday party. He asked to reschedule for later in the week. Unfortunately, when the end of the week arrived, my messages asking to confirm timing went unread and unanswered. I understand that emergencies and personal matters happen, especially during the holidays. However, repeatedly committing to dates and times without follow-through and proactive communication is ultimately not workable.
