Eight days later, I followed up and we confirmed a 9 AM appointment for the next morning. The day of, there was no communication. After waiting over an hour, I called at around 10:15 AM, which went unanswered. I then received a text saying Arnulfo had cancelled his route for the day due to him planning his birthday party. He asked to reschedule for later in the week. Unfortunately, when the end of the week arrived, my messages asking to confirm timing went unread and unanswered. I understand that emergencies and personal matters happen, especially during the holidays. Dug up some old, ugly plants and added new ones to replace them as well as planted drought-resistant plants in a bare area from which I had pulled out several dead plants. We wanted to change up our front yard so that we could get rid of the dead grass we've been trying unsuccessfully to revive for the past decade (it was a very lost cause). An oak tree came down on our house and yard during one of our recent 'bomb cyclones.' I requested a quote through YELP to fix a sprinkler that I was unable to fix. Arnulfo was able to provide a quote after I sent him some photos. To my surprise, he had availability the next day.
