I felt like I was on an assembly line - no friendly service whatsoever and their prices?? Crazy high! (don't go there) But Gainesville Dental Group was amazing today. My hygenist was Stephanie - awesome, thorough, but gentle. And Dr. Ta is real! She's funny, she was honest, didn't try to "upsell" other services, but was realistic at what these old teeth of mine need to keep them in my mouth and working well. I highly recommend Gainesville Dental Group - the front desk folks were awesome and friendly, too. Can't say enough good things about them.

Had a scheduled cleaning appointment down and was advised that I needed a Panoramic Xray at the cost of approx. $500.00. or would not be seen! Explained that we are retired and on a fixed income and this was out of the financial reach for us. Stated that the regular x-ray was affordable for our budget. Guidelines from the American Dental Association state that x-rays are accumulate over time and dentist should must weigh the risk for x-ray exposure. We have a history of good oral health with this Group and disappointed that they refused to clean and take original X-rays. Wow, what a way to treat a long time family customer!
