Love the new vibes in this place since there's a new crew working here. I always get a good haircut.

I asked Janetzy for an ombré and provided the photo below but got a balayage. I was at the salon by 8am and did not leave until 3:30pm. I do understand I have longer thicker hair than most but I was left with bleach foils in my hair for multiple hours. While I was left in the foils my stylist did a men's haircut and a woman's haircut,blowout and style. I then was placed in the sink bowl for an hour. Once I was sitting back in the chair she combed my hair out and clumps of blonde were coming off the brush. I understood with darker hair that there will be damage but there shouldn't be as much damage as there was. My hair now feels like hay and wiry and there are multiple bleach bleed spot and my hair is not evenly toned. I did call and speak with the manager but all I was offered was a deep conditioning treatment... the manager also let me know the girl styling my hair was "new" but going back in the reviews she has been there for a couple years. Overall my experience was not okay and it was handled completely unprofessionally. I just want other brunettes to see so they don't make the same mistake I did. My hair is no where near how it was and I have never had my hair feel this awful. It is going to take a lot of time and deep conditioning treatments to get my hair back also not to mention all the breakage and allowing that to grow back. read more

Terrible. My 19 yr old son (high functioning autism) is quite capable of getting a hair cut for himself, he's done it many times. He's particular and has blond highlights in his very dark brown hair. The stylist (who wouldn't give him her name once she knew he was unhappy) ignored his requests (he had photos of himself and past cuts), cut all the blonde out of his hair and basically gave him what amounts to a bowl cut. Don't go here. Please. Anyone this cruel doesn't need anymore people to laugh over. read more

This place is weird. Pros: decently priced, has many things offered (ie cuts,color,nails,,etc) Cons: super ackward atmosphere, no one greeted us when we came in, no comfortable waiting area (and all seats were taken up by two waiting customers who were sitting in the middle of one couch and the other had herself. jackets and hair baby on the 4 chairs, i had to stand till i saw an odd alone chair off on the corner), two enterances sounds great until the nail tech completely ignores you when you should go through to the front for a hair appt., the cut felt rushed and not tried, for how long and curly my hair is, and i assume this was because she was also coloring someone's hair at the same time (cant multi-task, dont) read more

Tacia is amazing! I love how she does my hair. She colors my hair and puts highlights in it and it has always turn out fabulous!

Thankful for them fixing it the very next day and giving me a 30$ hair reconstructing treatment free. Soooooo here is the story; I go into the Salon Saturday and Tacia was my hair sylist. We had a miscommunication because I had thought she was using dye, not bleach, so she was wondering why I wanted foils(because with bleach you just do all one color) but we never officially talked about hair dye(I always get foils when I get blonde dye)...well let's just say it came out very damaged(normal with bleach, like I said I thought it was dye which my hair does well with). Hair was falling out in small chunks into my brush and was a very bright white and yellow color. I freaked out and wrote both the owner and Tacia early in the AM about what going on and Tacia was off but said she would come in and fix it. Amber(owner) had her use a toner and the conditioner and it's not exactly how I wanted but I'm so relieved that it came out like it did, 80% better then originally!!! I'll be doing the 30$ hair reconstructing treatments once a month to keep the damage from getting worse and to keep my hair healthy. ***UPDATE: unfortunately I now have to wait for my hair to air dry before I start styling it because otherwise it ends up in a puffy mess and I lose a lot of strands :( I spent 160$ on the color, trim, some BioSilk oil, regular conditioning treatment and eyebrow wax. They did their job well fixing the color but I did have to come back the next day(not cool) because the first time was awful, had a really bad night because I was so worried about my hair! From now on I will **always** communicate better, especially when it comes to my hair! read more

NO SHOW the doors were locked and i called twice only to hear they are open 9 to 5. then she calls almost 30 min later to see if i wanted to reschedule HAHA really you can't even show up on time why would i want you to touch my hair.. never do business with this hair salon again and i will tell ever one i know about it read more
