I just recently moved to the area and needed a haircut desperately. I was able to get into Via Bella with a 2 day lead time and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment with Rhiannon. She was polite and did a nice job. I haven't been to a "salon" in several years as I have a neighbor (licensed) cut my hair for years. It was nice to have the full treatment again. I had the exact same problem with Maria as Rae V. She should not be at a Salon that charges $50. She does not listen to her clients and goes off into her own world. Can't check for even layers. does not show you the back because it is a disaster. I was cut to a half inch in the back. I could have gotten a better cut at cost cutters. It will take me 2 years to grow this mess out. read more

I saw Maria at via Bella today, I asked for a long bob and she gave me a short bob! Most experienced stylists know what a long bob is,apparently Maria did not! I indicated I wanted the front below the chin and showed her where it should end. When I saw that she was cutting too short she argued with me and said "you said chin level!" I reminded her that the most important trait of good stylist is the ability to listen. She is not a good stylist! She didn't give me what I asked for and became very rude when I brought to her attention and kicked ME out of her he salon! Do not use Maria at via Bella salon, you'll be sorry read more

I placed an order for some hair products from Via Bella (Krista). this line and these products are totally new to me, but I figured I would give them a shot. I must say they didn't disappoint! i have been using the Alurum Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner for about 3 weeks now and I see a huge difference in how clean my hair feels and how manageable it is. The smoothing cream and finishing spray are also awesome. My 2 favorites right now are the leave in conditioner and the shine serum. Every single one of these products is in this line smell clean but they aren't "perfumy", which I appreciate. And the fact that they are sulfate and paraben free is huge for me! would totally recommend Via Bella Salon and everyone there!! Krista is amazing!! read more
