Hannah did a great job with my daughter's challenging hair. It is very thick and wavy and usually takes a stylist three times the time they think it will. Hannah was patient and kind and I especially appreciated that she spoke mostly to my daughter rather than looking to me when asking questions (she's 12 so she really hates her mom speaking for her). Three stars for a number of reasons first of all I went in and the gal said it was $45 for a medium trim, which I thought was kind of steep. Then the gal started to cut my hair and she asked me if I wanted it washed and I said sure and so she washed it. She started cutting my hair and she took a good 3 inches off of it which was OK but it was a little shorter than I wanted and I asked her to layer it so I could flip it up. So now my hair just sits on my shoulders and she starts layering it in front which I really didn't want it layered but she didnt layer anywhere else. She parted my hair down the middle took about a quarter of an inch if that and layered that only but she layered it 3 inches from the bottom of my hair . So I've got a blunt cut with one 3 inch layer in front and down the middle. I sat in the chair one hour for a trim. The stylist was very nice well kept and friendly. The shop was clean and put together well. I was also surprised the stylist only been cutting hair a year. I expected someone more seasoned for that price. When I paid the cut was 55$ not 45$ sooo after the tip 65$ for a trim. Won't go back , ever. I tipped 10$ because I assumed she had been hired unqualified. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! BEWARE....I went in for a Balayage touch up with Tailey. I left with all of my blonde gone and orange stripes and bleeds throughout. She tried to fix it a day later but used an even darker toner without asking, and still all the orange was there. I was then charged for her to lighten it ! All of this was days before my wedding and they knew it. The owner never spoke to me and there were no apologies. I was in tears and couldn't get out fast enough. The worst !! I've had stylists make mistakes before but at least they fixed it with no charge.. read more

I paid $180 to get my hair tugged and pulled so unnecessarily hard that my scalp still hurts and a botched color. Also, what kind of professional business has a fucking dog walking around?! I'm extremely allergic and had to spend the 3 hours I was there suffering because their dumb idea to bring a dog in. Should I also mention that she dropped hair dye in my eye?!?! Ali did an amazing job on my hair! Last time I got a haircut the lady didn't even look at my picture and totally butchered my hair. Ali was VERY sweet and made sure my hair looked as close to the pictures as possible. She was able to fix my bangs and layers. I'd say it was the best haircut I've had in awhile! Kate is just one of those stylists that has the gift. She is a true artist and understands her products, chemicals, how they all work.
