They won't even acknowledge this in the small amount of correspondence I get. I will be filing a complaint with the TLC. No one should ever use this despicable excuse for a service.

It'sa delight to just roll into the van, get locked down, plenty of room for able-bodied companions, and get where I'm going, no fuss, no muss, no worries. It can cost more than a taxi if you are going a short distance, say from Times Square to the Met, but for this customer, it is worth every penny to have a ride guaranteed, and no hassles about the wheelchair.
