I like that there are a variety of classes to choose from depending on your availability. Ive only used the actual gym equipment a couple of times, once months ago and the second time yesterday. The machines looked clean and the gym is spacious- however I did find it off putting that I had to check out the clamps to hold the weights on the bar from the front desk in exchange for my ID. This was not the case when I came months ago. It also was clear that some other clips were missing from other machines. I don't want to blame the gym for doing what they have to do but it does impact the experience.

Garrett's style is motivating and empathetic and he is good at adapting to people's needs and styles while still pushing us to do more than we think we can. In 25 minutes, he maxes me out and yet I often feel energized by the end of our time. And, the equipment here at Bridgewater is superior in every way. Lots of dumbbells, kettlebells, free weights, machines, and a number of Olympic platforms to choose from, two large turf areas with sleds, battle ropes, etc. I no longer play basketball, but they also have a full court basketball court.
