Parking: Ample parking and the lot is well cared for. Concessions: Better than average! Popcorn is fantastic and they even have all different kinds of popcorn salt/flavors that you can add for free! Prices are better than average movie prices. Lobby: The entire theatre has been recently renovated. I love their decor that focuses on some cult classics/ vintage movies. Employees: Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful! Never had a bad experience. Theatres: The seating is incredibly comfortable. Leather high back chairs that move! Plenty of leg room! Drink holders! Divine surround sound. Perfect clean screens that perfectly display the movie you are watching. Not only was the food great but I just love the setting of this place. There is a small film area, lots of board games to have a cute board game night and even a backyard with live music!! The sauces/dressings they use are so tasty and really elevate the sandwich/salad. I wish they added a little more honestly! My only issues with this restaurant are they run out of some sides very quickly. My friends and I went at peak dinner time (5/6pm) and they didn't have a lot of sides left! I was really looking forward to trying the fries but I guess that means I just have to go back again! My other comment is the price. I spent roughly $12 for the sandwich and $6 for the grapes. Since there is no other theater in the immediate area prices are substantially higher than what you would pay for an IMAX evening movie and in a larger city. The theatre as a whole is pretty run down - peeling wallpaper, bathroom facilities which are usually out of order, A/C that either doesn't work, leaves you sweating, or stuck with a damp musty odor. The screens in several auditoriums are dirty too. Watched a movie the other day and there was a large stain right off center. Seats are pretty trashy - either the spring that lets you lean back is too lose and you fall backwards or it doesn't lean at all. Floors are VERY sticky and auditoriums rarely seem cleaned after shows.

However, as of the last time I went (a few years ago) their surround sound system was abysmal. I even complained to the manager asking if the surround sound speakers were even on! It sounds anemic compared to other, superior movie theatres. Not only is the surround lacking but the overall volume is as well. Not bad if you're taking the kids to see a forgettable kids movie but if you're a serious film goer -- and especially if you're watching a blockbuster -- you should drive to Springfield and see it at a theatre there.
