Josefina was fairly communicative in the beginning and was able to find me a lender (only one apparently), which I was happy about. There are so many times where we (my agent and myself) were told that we would be closing this day or that day or surly this week. Closing took a lot longer than it needed to be and the communication between Josefina and myself became so bad. I was hoping my experience with buying my first home would be pleasant but man was I wrong about this one. You go through the emotions of excitement, anxiety, etc. For example, if you tell me you plan to have everything ready for close for a friday and call me to see if I had wire the money on thursday (which I did immediately, since we were in closing) but end up closing the following week on a Wednesday shows that you were just trying to make sure yall got paid. I get it, its business but in all businesses, customer service and satisfaction should be a priority. I will likely never use this lender again.
