I don't usually review things, but this was so great I had to write about it. The best customer service I had experienced in tax services, I visited my tax preparer from last year this morning, but found she's gone. The new, young, and inexperienced staff refused service when I shared my thoughts. NEVERTHELESS God always has a better plan. My prayers for finding someone before the deadline were answered when this place popped up in my search. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally divine, a true customer service angel. I arrived anticipating a six-hour stay; however, that didn't happen. It took only 10 minutes!! If not less, before they called me. Julissa was incredible! The customer service was outstanding, showing complete understanding, knowledge, and honesty. I really liked the atmosphere here-it felt organized, honest, and perfectly coordinated. I will return next year, and I will recommend them. Love Julissa's customer service. :))))) read more

This is solely on the secretary. We had an appointment for 2pm and an hour prior got called to see if we would be still going to the appointment and Confirmed. We get there at 2pm and secretary just told us to hold on and 29 minutes still waiting and decided to tell her that if should could please tell the Accountant we were there she said she couldn't until she got off the phone. Mind you we have a business to run and she didn't have the intelligence or respect to tell the accountant. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I felt compelled to do so about this place. I visited with my 3-year-old son, and as soon as we entered, the lady pointed and said, "outside, go outside." So, I stepped outside and signed my name on the clipboard. I was the second person in line. I waited for an hour with my son and saw them pass over me four times for people who arrived after us. When I mentioned this to the two women at the desk, their response was, "oh really?" This is the most unfriendly and unhelpful place I have ever encountered. I was the only Asian male there, and most of the customers were Hispanic; I couldn't help but feel that my race was a factor in being ignored. I told them I had done my taxes here before, but they just disregarded me. Before leaving in frustration after an hour, I noticed the dog they had there defecating in the customer waiting area, and they did nothing about it. I hate doing negative reviews but this place has to be the worst tax service you can use. Nobody has wanted to help me in English over the phone they hang up and say they will call (never do) , I payed over $300 to do my taxes and they got denied, they can't figure out why just re submitted and now I haven't heard anything from them. It seems like they don't know much about EV cars or taxes in general. I waited 2 and a half hours to see the manager when I already paid and was told to wait next in line for her. Now for the 5th time I'm waiting for a response and none.... Either this lady Claudia have no idea what she is doing or she is going to fast to get more customer, bacause she only cares about the money. She over charge me by the way She misscalculate my earning, she miss spelled my name and now IRS is charging me a penalty of 6.000 dls I should have stick with my regular taxt prapare guy which i have never have any problems in 10 years. So if you want to get letters from the IRS saying that you owed a big amount of money because Claudia didnt do her job right then go with her! Other wise astay away from this lady!! My parents have also gone to Claudia and she resolved a big tAx issue for them, ever since then we've never gone elsewhere.
