We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting. They then reached out to me, saying that they can no longer work with us and that they'll delete all the files I uploaded to their vault. When I asked them why, they did not respond.

Since my only documents were bank statements, I trusted them and provided my online banking login credentials so they could access the statements.A few days later, an employee named Sajide Ali contacted me and stated they were working on my file. I wrote a check of $1,290 as their service fee. It is important to note that during this period, I was suffering from severe, debilitating health issues.Ultimately, they never filed my tax returns. When I later checked my bank account, I discovered that Sajide had used my login credentials to make an unauthorized Zelle transfer of $1,290 directly from my account to theirs.For a long time, I contacted them repeatedly demanding either my completed tax returns or a full refund. Every single time, they denied it and lied, claiming I never made such a payment. When I confronted the manager/owner (Tanka) over the phone, I was met with severe verbal abuse and insults.I have recently downloaded 7 years of historical bank transactions.
