Unfortunatly something has…read morechanged. i have items in a self storage unit. they require a copy of the declaration page of my insurance policy covering goods in storage. This has been no problem in the past for this insurance office. Recently the policy came up for renewal and the storage place wants confirmation on the renewed policy of course. I scheduled the payment online and it was paid. two days after that I asked Carol Drakes office to email me the new declarations page for the current policy so I did not have to buy additional insurance from the storage place. Well this is where the problem begins. They confirmed that the payment had been processed and the policy was good for another year. I asked for the declarations page and what they sent me started with a BALANCE DUE page showing the policy as expiring in a few days. After more emails and days....they still would not/could not send me a declarations page for the new current policy. I was told by the office manager that this is designed by headquarters and comes as a package and that the BALANCE DUE page means nothing. So I will have to purchase the additional insurance from the storage place because Carl Drakes office manager thinks what she sent was more than what is needed. No common sense. I am afraid this demonstrates what is going to happen if I ever need to make a claim. not a good place to start from. This is why I am going to be leaving State Farm, Carol Drakes office, and obtain different coverage. I hope you have better luck with this office.

When I filed my extension they said I should put down a deposit, but that is only if you'll be paying in. After having them incorrectly list that I owned a business the past 4 years! When I caught it on the forms and asked them to change it she crossed it out on the sheet but left it on the digital from and filed it. AND... having the IRS flag and hold my refund for 6 months because they did not properly pull my earnings from the database, which they charged me more to do this feature. I had enough. Let's just say I definitely did not use them for my last filing. Enjoy my deposit.
