We had the materials and just needed the build. Casey agreed to take on this project and put the time in to study the procedures to be sure that they would fulfill the brand's warranty requirements. It is difficult to extend to Casey and his crew how appreciative we were with them taking on this job, and completing it so quickly before the winter months. We do have a bit of finishing work to complete in the spring due to the winter rolling in, but this does not take away from the dedication and professional manner in which they worked day after day. They go above and beyond, are extremely patient, and work hard from sunrise to sunset to finish the job on time. They care about the quality of their work. It's hard to find a company like this to work with. They also have great subcontractors that they work with. Very professional outfit. I know ours was a tricky project given the materials, as they are not very common or familiar. We were blessed to find this company as we were in a bit of a bind in getting this job completed. We met with their lead salesman, Colin, and he was fantastic. He was clear, open and honest and told us exactly what we should expect to see. They used a really cool 3-D modelling software (super modern!) that allowed us to plan out exactly how our deck would eventually look in our actual backyard. I didn't feel "up-sold" at all and it was super cool to see and hear all the options that we could choose from in order for us to pick what would eventually look best in our backyard (we even kicked around the idea of including a half-pipe for skateboarding and a fireman pole to get from the upper level to the lower level which was super fun although my wife eventually kiboshed the ideas...).
