Amy and her husband were quick to respond and gave me a no-fuss estimate. While I wasn't super thrilled about the initial clean it was mostly due to a scheduling issue and the misses were primarily minor like leaving the toaster oven or top of the fridge untouched. Even with those minor misses Amy and her husband went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right for me which says a lot about the *integrity* of a business and is why I have no problem raving about it now! If you choose them I'm certain that there's no way you can leave unsatisfied as they have high standards. Weekly schedule that was supposed to start yesterday and the cleaner (Amy) bailed, didn't respond to multiple attempts to reach out and figure out what was going on. I contacted Desert Clover Cleaning through the quote my project section and received a response within 3 minutes. Considering I was sending out quote requests at 6:30am I was impressed. I am completing a full remodel on my house so everything was moved out of the interior to allow for an open construction zone on all floors. Since my house was essentially vacant, I opted for the move out cleaning so I was starting my project with a clean slate. After the initial quote I let her know there were 3 huskies that had just left the residence so it was far dirtier than a normal "move out" cleaning. I didn't want there to be any surprises once they arrived. After discussing the amount of dirt and dust we agreed upon a higher price than initially quoted. The ladies arrived on time within the timeframe given and after 5.5 hours I was left with a clean starting point. The amount of dust and pet dander initially in the house was completely intolerable for my allergies to the point I was having back to back allergy attacks and a swollen face. Thanks to these ladies I am now able to be inside the house for long periods without reacting. Fans, baseboards, refrigerator, toilet, tub, everything was left clean and to expectation. Once they finished they asked me to walk the house to see if there was anything else that needed to be addressed. I appreciate the open communication every step of the way and once my project is complete I will consider hiring them for once a month maintenance cleanings. read more
