I also really appreciated the constant communications and updates on the progress. The power even cut out mid way through the cleaning and they were able to bear with me as I got it reestablished. Their pricing was very reasonable too especially considering the amount of work they put in. My only gripe is they do not do steam cleaning of carpets but they still do an amazing job cleaning them with detainers and vacuums. 10/10 would recommend
