Initially we were told yes but when calling to firm up details, Mike was quite rude and wanted us to book his vehicles for a period of 6-8 hours instead. We said we didn't want to do that, and did he still want the work and he said yes, but later called my daughter back, forgot to hang up after he left a brief voice mail, and proceeded to talk trash about us to his wife, recorded on the voice mail. We then cancelled the service. Mike has the right to determine which services are worth his time and money and simply could have told us that the request did not suit his business and we would have moved on. We are not mind readers and had no way to know that he doesn't want to book at job for 10:00 p.m. when he said he would take the job. Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find.
