She was easy to contact, has most questions answered for you on the FAQ page of her website (including tons package options and costs), and has follow-up emails (I can appreciate being a marketer myself). I came to her home studio for my trial and she was incredibly helpful! I knew much more about how I wanted my hair, but don't have the best make-up background. Dana was very helpful in showing options and letting me decide a look that suited me and made adjustments as we went. On the day her and her assistant, Aly, were on-time, brought all the supplies (including the chair and ring light), and wide awake and ready to go! They were quick and attentive for each of my bridesmaids and continued working on others while some of my ladies were late to arrive. They brought extra supplies for the ladies who decided on the day to add items like lashes too. Dana accepts PayPal too which made the whole process of paying easy and efficient. Both Dana and Aly have upbeat attitudes and made the whole morning fun and relaxing :) All 8 ladies (2 moms, 5 bridesmaids, and 1 bride) started at 6:45am & done by 12pm. Sarah Tucker is a very knowledgable hair stylist who definitely specializes in blondes. As a blonde, she herself knows what other blondes are looking for and how to achieve the perfect look. She put 120 foils in my head! Most stylists do not have that commitment. She uses Kenra brand for color and styling products and Woody's for men. She is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. She is located inside Nectar Suites, which I had never been in before and her space is so trendy! I really enjoyed myself. She offered coffee or water to me which was so nice.
