I'm now working with H&R Block to completely re-do everything, which has been a costly and time-consuming process. Despite multiple requests--over five times in the past month--I have yet to receive any of my records. Neither Paul nor his team has responded to a single message. Throughout the process, he was unresponsive, unwilling to explain anything, and ultimately "too busy" to provide the professional support I hired him for. His careless approach and lack of understanding of business taxes have left me in an incredibly stressful financial situation. I'm still waiting for the documentation I need.
