He was up front about the wait time, the cost, and admitted that, while things sounded good for my husband's case, nothing could be guaranteed. There were several changes during our process (the rollback of DACA, the attempt by Biden to create a new pathway) and Kevin was always available to answer our questions and explore these options in the off chance they could provide a faster process or guaranteed outcome. We received the notifications as our paperwork moved through the system, but I am confident that even if we hadn't, Kevin would have kept us up to speed as each notification was closely followed by an email or message from him. Once she finished our taxes she charged us an outrageous fee that was not near the website stated for $85 plus additional state filing. The fee was 7 times much as expected. There was never any communication regarding any extra fees other than stated on the website. After talking to other tax professionals the fees should have been no more than $350.
