Grand Avenue Club is the place that will always be there for you. It isn't a place where we have therapy groups but we do help each other out when there is a need. We work together to keep everyone healthy, doing things such as yoga, meditation, advocacy, and other more subtle ways. It's hard in the beginning because you come into a large building with a bunch of people that you don't know. But everyone is very friendly and helpful and you make friends quickly. You can find job training, learning help, you can possibly make an entrance into the workplace with GAC's help. There are so man benefits to being a member that I can't list them right now.
