This just happened. I went to the gas station to fill up my car. The girl, the cashier, was on the…read morephone and talking to someone impulsively. I gave her $40 and asked her to give me a rewards discount by entering my phone number. After asking if everything went well, I went to fill up my car, but the gas station display showed the price without a discount. I went back to the cashier, but she started talking to me aggressively. At first I said that I hadn't paid at all, then that I paid with a credit card, when we couldn't come to an agreement at all, she went outside with me. I carefully wanted to show her the price on the big display, to which she started shouting, "Don't touch me," In the end, I asked to call the manager to clarify the situation, to which she replied that she would call the police if I didn't leave. I have lived in this area for 25 years, I fill up at this gas station, this is the first time I see this aggressive person here. By the way, she never said her name. Like Jessica, like Alice. And here the question is not about those few pennies of discount, but about attention and politeness to customers,
