My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. In my opinion someone should go over some general pricing when they call to confirm the appointment. They did not do the cleaning of my couch as I felt taken advantage of. Let me be clear the technician was very nice and understanding and apologetic. I then called and spoke to a manager which was when it got worse. The manager from the beginning of the conversation was argumentative and justifying the wording and pricing every which way he could. I told him i was mad that I waited the 10-1 window only to not actually get the couch cleaned because it was going to be an extra $70 over what I had thought. I told the manager I was going to leave a bad review and his response was "go ahead and leave a bad review I'll write right back to it". At this point he was yelling at me and I proceeded in a raised voice to point out that his customer service was not good. At this point he started justifying his reactions. I hung up as clearly I was not going to get anywhere with him. Never did he apologize or try to make anything right about the situation. Don't use them. This method to is seems like water is used in the machine to wet the carpet while the machine combs the carpet fibers. Like water vacuuming.
