Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? In my opinion someone should go over some general pricing when they call to confirm the appointment. They did not do the cleaning of my couch as I felt taken advantage of. Let me be clear the technician was very nice and understanding and apologetic. I then called and spoke to a manager which was when it got worse. The manager from the beginning of the conversation was argumentative and justifying the wording and pricing every which way he could. I told him i was mad that I waited the 10-1 window only to not actually get the couch cleaned because it was going to be an extra $70 over what I had thought. I told the manager I was going to leave a bad review and his response was "go ahead and leave a bad review I'll write right back to it". At this point he was yelling at me and I proceeded in a raised voice to point out that his customer service was not good. At this point he started justifying his reactions. I hung up as clearly I was not going to get anywhere with him. Never did he apologize or try to make anything right about the situation. Don't use them. It clearly is not what it seems on their website and gosh I would hate to have to deal with them if they happen to ruin any of the items they clean. The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. Would call and not show up for a week. finally got all the wet carpet, padding and drywall. They started in 2nd week of March and finished in later April. They would ask if they could leave some equipment behind, so they did not have to drag it around, and then charge me for it being stored at my house. Also, they never quoted a price until they found out how much insurance was covering. When they found that out they got a contract out to us at the end of the work instead of upfront. I feel that they took advantage of a situation and inflated their prices knowing how much insurance would cover. I would never recommend or even come close to using this company ever again.
