This is my second time with Precise Carpet Cleaning. I had the whole house done this time as well as two recliners and a loveseat. Our carpets look like new and we couldn't be happier!! Bret and Chase were on time, efficient, and courteous. Rich, the owner, is also very helpful. Precise is reasonably priced too. When they say $65 per room, they mean it! And when Bret saw our sofa, he said it should be priced as a loveseat since it is not a full-size sofa and immediately changed the cost of the cleaning. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I made the mistake of buying a deal from Living Social for AIM carpet cleaning. For a review of AIM, see their listing. This review is to praise Precise, particularly Rich. I called him as the other company was still at my house. The results we saw with AIM were horrible, even after they had cleaned them twice. Rich explained to me, in detail, the differences between his expensive truck mounted cleaning system and the significantly less expensive portable units used by other companies. The chemicals he uses are top of the line and his equipement is too. You get what you pay for, basically. After spending an additional $35 with AIM for "deep cleaning", we still were not anywhere near satisfied. Rich was so kind and patient. He told me to take a white towel and rub it over the carpet, if it is pulling up dirt that means they did not do a thorough job. Sure enough, it was showing lots of dirt on the towel. I was hesitant to pay even more money to have a second company come out, but I trusted Rich and had them come out the next day, while our furniture was still off the carpet. And frankly, I couldn't live with the filthy carpets as they were. His technicians were noticably more trained and knowledgable. They recognized immediately that the carpet was a wool blend, which the other technician only considered AFTER he cleaned it twice. Wool takes extra care, different chemicals and a different treatment process. They were able to make our carpets look 90% better. The discoloration that is left is likely permanent, but it is from harsh chemicals previously used that turn the wool gray, which they told us is wool's original color. We could not be any happier with Precise. They were uber professional and their work was night and day better than the other company. I highly recommend them. read more

I got a lot of quotes for carpet cleaning after a friend's dog got sick all over our downstairs carpet. I wanted it done ASAP-I reached out requesting quotes Friday afternoon, Rich got back to me with less than an hour and got my scheduled for Monday. They were scheduled for the afternoon but had a cancellation so asked if they could come early. Which worked out great. Ricky and his assistant (Mark?) we're very personable and professional, even allowing some consultation for add-on services (without trying to upsell). They spent much longer working than companies I've seen in the past. The results are outstanding for my basement carpet, sectional couch and recliner chair, stairs and small rug. The price point is a bit high, but when I've gone with cheaper companies in the past, I was always disappointed with results. So I feel like you get what you pay for. I'll likely have them back to clean out air ducts. 100% recommend. read more

This company is amazing. We had 4 large and 2 small area rugs that had been in storage for months during our move. None had been cleaned in over 10 years. Some of them are almost 100 years old from China. They told us originally that they were very busy and probably wouldn't be able to finish them before thanksgiving. We got them back in about a week!! They were kind enough to text us all the measurements so we could plan where they would go in the new house. The only disappointment was that there was only one delivery person to bring them back so we had to hire some other folks to come and put the rugs down under heavy furniture. I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and thought I was getting a good carpet cleaning. These other companies always sent a different person and I felt like they were just a body holding the cleaning apparatus. I called Precise Carpet Cleaning a couple years ago and realized then that the other cleaning companies were severely lacking in cleaning quality, customer service, experience, training and equipment. The owner answered the phone at Precise. He educated me on the details of carpet cleaning, what works and what doesn't, and the training needed to provide a thorough cleaning. Precise has technicians that have been with the company for years. They are professionally trained, not someone who received a crash course in carpet cleaning. I have had the same technician, Josh, at my home three times over the years. I can't say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He performs his job with care knowing that he is in someone's home and its not just another carpet to clean. All other companies fail by comparison. I will never use anyone else. read more

I work concrete and just recently got a puppy and of course with potty training had pet stains on my carpet. I called Precise to clean my carpets about three weeks after the stains were really apparent. The guys that came out were very professional and gave me a lot of information on how to keep my carpets clean. After the short amount of time it took them to clean the carpets looked better than they did when I moved in! It's even a lot softer. They also sprayed a protector to keep daily dirt, mud, and concrete from sinking back in to the carpet. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them again. read more
