Just not a good experience…read more Last Year I had him pull some weeds. I guess that was "fine". I think his personality is not great. He is short to talk about transactions and comes across cocky. I was debating using him again in 2026, but out of laziness on my part I just went with him. That said this time I paid more to have him pull weeds and spray. I think a week went by and all the weeds were back. Here is where the short communications about what you are paying for come back to haunt you. He claims he can only spray, not pull weeds a 2nd time. Where I think there was a statement somewhere in our short 2026 meeting where he was saying he would just make everything work out if he was needed to come back. This was verbal and at this point feels untrue. If you are a new number asking for business he will pick up right away. If he knows you are asking for him to come back and do any work that will not come with pay get ready for texted excuses and no shows and never picking up the phone to talk. He did come and spray a second time, but i'm left feeling like I paid for nothing. Lesson learned on getting stuff in writing. I have another landscaper coming by today. I cannot recommend Chris Wilson for landscaping work.

My kids heard a crash but couldn't see anything but when they finally opened the vertical blinds the glass had a hole and it was shattered. Little by little the glass continued to fall. I called Karen and she apologized. But later on when I said she had to pay for it she told me it was already broken and then proceeded to criticize my house when she has never been there which is defamation of character. Although I requested to speak to her husband she refused and now is ghosting me. The workers took off without saying anything not even collecting payment. They knew what they did. Now a 55 dollar job is going to cost me 1,200.00. Shame on you Karen.

I know this is a small town, but believe me there are better TREE companies out there .DO NOT be FOOLED like I was with there big sign . After you agree to have them work on your house, their whole attitude changes. From the girl in the office all the way down to the boss. I filed a complaint with the city of Bullhead, better business bureau. You can't talk to these people because they're so cocky and arrogant. And they will tell you that the dummy on the phone the girl her mother works for the city. They try to threaten you. Just a horrible company that needs to be shut down. Please use somebody else. SAVE yourself the headache. And by the way I don't take threats very easy. Somebody should file a complaint also with the city since she uses her MOTHER as bait, see if there's any shenanigans going on there. See m&m it works both ways. Up
