USA Vein uses customer service as some link for follow up. CS reps are not qualified to assist medically, they do not take accurate notes (even though they call multiple times a day or week.) I was advised I needed someone with me post procedure and had multiple calls behind this ONLY for no one to check in to make sure I even made it home. I don't understand the hassle. I am also a single mother with a child with special needs. I called to ask if they could send what I would need to my pharmacy 24 hours before the procedure because my pharmacy would need to order out a few items. Instead, this was not noted anywhere, my scripts were not called in, the doctor took 1.5 hours after I arrived to call around to pharmacies for prescriptions I did not receive until 9pm due to them going to the incorrect pharmacy and not being cancelled. There is no way to reach the clinics or docs directly. It's not a level of care I am used to and it tracks poorly on the user end when we are in pain and no one cares or when we leave a procedure and no one tells you what's next, no paperwork except what they email you- which is simply not enough. I love the fact that women have options other than hysterectomies but USA Vein has a terrible lack of care and the CS reps do not remotely listen. I will say the supervisors did help me wonderfully - but why should one need to escalate? I can't honestly say I would recommend anyone do this procedure with USA Vein until they tighten up the process. Not being heard but called relentlessly only to discover no one is even taking notes is just craziness.

I've had several laser procedure's performed . my body is prone to varicose veins through heredity. An ultrasound is done before and after each procedure a week or two apart to insure no blood clots. Some injections take longer to heal than others depending on the vein. My insurance fully covered each time. This is something you don't buy a coupon for it's not a game. This place is amazing!…read more I've had a varicose vein on my leg for many years but didn't pay it much mind. A couple of weeks ago, it must've bumped against something and the entire thing swelled up and a large blood clot formed. I was in a lot of pain and nervous about what to do next. I did some research and found the Vein Treatment Clinic. I was able to get a very quick appointment which is impressive given we're in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. The staff took all the precautions to make sure safety protocols were followed and checking in was seamless. I met with one of the staff (Julianne) who was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through what to expect. Then I met with Dr. Juan Montoya who examined me. Both of them were total pros and really took their time to answer questions while giving me a broad overview of my problem and veins in general. I felt like I received an invaluable education. Going in, I was expecting the worst of course. Dr. Juan made me feel totally at ease and gave me assurances that he didn't want to do anything too overboard and that I'd be fine. I got a very honest and straight forward diagnosis. What more could you ask for?
