I scheduled a date for the estimator, Todd, to come out. Todd was straight forward, honest and not pushy at all, which I appreciated, because I wasn't sure I would be able to afford gutters, based on a previous quote from another vendor. Todd measured, took photos and prepared a quote the same day. The price was $5,600 LESS than a previous quote. I asked how long it would take to be placed on the installation schedule, and he said about 2 weeks after my deposit was received. I made the deposit online the next day and had beautiful new seamless gutters ten days later! I want them to fix this under warranty, but it's been a very frustrating process to put it mildly. They never answer the phone and were a no-show three times. When they finally showed up on the 4th time, they were visibly in a hurry and did a sloppy half-job, only fixing one side of the house, but not the other, even though I told them at the time. I am too busy to keep chasing after a sloppy contractor like this. I want this fixed and off my list. They need to stand behind their work, or quit.
