When he called this company to tow his car, the driver saw his slurred speech and assume he was drunk. He told him that he was going to call the cops. My brother told him that he had a medical condition and tried to show him proof but the driver immediately walked away from him. When the police arrived they too ignored my brother, who at this point was getting worked up (which causes his cataplexy to act up), and the police officer immediately arrested him and, also refused to check his medication documents. He wrote him a DUI ticket -- which he has to go to court over, which will be thrown out once the results of his urine test come. This is a company that should be offering help and instead they have only hindered. If I could leave zero stars I would. Shame on Sims towing.

Most shops and towing companies were closed but not Fast Friendly's. They had a tow truck sent to me within 30 mins. I continued my trip in a different vehicle and asked if they could do everything possible to have my car done 2 days later on my way back through after skiing. They met the short timeline, despite having to tow my vehicle, order a special part (drive train baring), install, and quality check their work. I could not be happier with the service. I had the best case scenario thanks to Fast Friendly's. They even charged me less than quoted because they did not use all the parts they thought were needed. Josh the manager provided timely updates via text the whole time and I am very pleased. 5 stars. I can't thank them enough.
