I went there to get an estimate because she was going to pay cash for the repair to avoid risking having her insurance canceled . The technician took a look at it and said "I think that will buff out" and before I knew it he was running an extension cord out to my car and buffing out the damage . I was able to call the lady and tell her that she didn't owe me anything because of their kindness . I can't say I need auto body shops alot but I will not recommend any business that has bad business practices. The front desk employee is unable to provide any updates, answers, or assistance regarding the status of my vehicle and appears to have no knowledge of what is happening in the shop. The owner is never available and has been impossible to reach despite multiple attempts. I was forced to pay $9,000, even though no work had been completed at the time of payment. I was also told that a lien would be placed on my vehicle if I did not pay, which left me with no option. As of today, no meaningful progress has been made on my vehicle.
