Cathy and Alyssa were phenomenal with coordination and payments--friendly, responsive, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. They made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like that makes all the difference. Our driver, Dave K, was exceptional. He personally reached out 48 hours in advance to introduce himself, confirm all details, and ask how he could best accommodate our group. That proactive communication immediately gave us confidence. On the day of our event--January 31, 2026, a true winter day in Cleveland--Dave arrived early, which allowed us time to get comfortable with the layout, bring in our food and drinks, connect to Bluetooth, and get settled without feeling rushed. Ice was already provided, which was a great touch. He gave us a professional and thorough safety brief before we hit the road. Throughout our six stops, Dave dropped us off in ideal locations every time. He even took photos for us and made sure we were well taken care of all day. His professionalism, attention to detail, and overall attitude made the experience unforgettable. We had 30 people on a red trolley party bus for a very reasonable $1,068 for the entire trip--an incredible value. I'm pretty sure everyone who drove by us was jealous! There was also no reason to be blocking my driveway as there was more than enough room in front of the van. He was better than just professional. All of the guests talked about how friendly he was. Old school, classy, at your service limo driver. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. It is only after looking back that we realize how he worked (behind the scenes) to make our night special. LAnd at the end of the night, my wife and I got stuck with a surprise errand. We had to take home all the food from anderhaven. Gene helped us load up the car, and he helped us take it into our hotel. The Lincoln MKT was fantastic, btw. Classy car, smooth, always kept clean. Truth be told I did call some of the major carriers first because I completely forgot about Lake Erie limousine. During covid I'm absolutely amazed that some of the large limousine companies would rather let their limousine sit idle and that make any money versus renting one out for a little bit of a discount and making some money cuz I like to say some money is better than none but they did not agree with that. I don't know if Google was listening to me but Lake Erie limo popped up in my searches kind of weird but cool nonetheless I gave him a call he said yeah no problem he sent out an older car and although the radio work I couldn't figure out how to Bluetooth my phone to it but that's okay. The car was clean everything and it worked and it was great transportation to and from Sapphire Creek winery for our anniversary. I don't want to call exactly how much it was but I want to say that it was about 250 bucks round trip for him to come pick us up and pick some of our friends up and take us about half hour away wait on us and then bring us back home. And when I did call, I was walked through each step of the process, everything was priced up front (and he even told me the recommended tip range), and the quote was far and away better than every other service I contacted. Pat showed up a half hour early, was friendly and cordial, even all the way until 2am when he dropped us off after the bachelor party, in which he took us to three different places and waited nearby while we ate dinner and trotted around Cleveland. Unless you're an important  VIP executive and have a well versed knowledge of the limo industry, steer clear of this company. I contacted them to get a quote for a limo for my kids prom. Everything was fine, the price seemed fair and we moved forward. When the day arrived, a black SUV pulls up instead of a limo. When i contacted them to ask the reason there wasn't a limo there, i was told that i don't understand the definition of what a limo is these days and i should have known from the price what kind of car i was getting. I'm not a frequent limo rider but when i think limo for prom, I'm not picturing a black SUV.  The rest of the unprofessional interaction played out through text (pictures attached). I asked why would i pay for a limo when a SUV showed up, and i was told the miscommunication was my fault. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a limo when i called a limo service.  For anyone thinking of using this company, just know they don't even have any limos available. It is only SUVs so if you're not an important doctor, lawyer,  or executive then don't expect anything else from them.  I truly feel i was ripped off with the old bait and switch. The plan was to give my kid and their friends a memorable experience for this once in a lifetime senior prom. The service was provided and i was willing to pay an adjusted amount for the lack of a limo since at that point, we had no other options. However, when we texted about it the next day, Dave the owner was a wittle crabby from his trip to Europe (which he had to mention as if it pertained to the conversation what so ever). He was completely unreasonable, and accusatory. He called me cheap and went on and on about his important clients and demanded full payment because i was dumb to expect a limo from a limo service.  I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but if you're just normal folk, don't bother with fireman's LIMO service.
