They have helped us with payroll questions for our business and they do as little or as much as we need help with. Our personal returns are quite complicated because of the businesses we own and sometimes our returns are over 150 pages! We happily pay our bill each year and always check the square for IRS or SC Tax Commission to speak to Mr. Thiem regarding our information if need be. Mr. Thiem has represented us in two or three separate audits and they have all come out favorably - he stands behind what he puts on paper, so be truthful to him! He always knows that we need an extension and automatically files one for us - what a great person to have on your side!
