Enrollment was smooth and my daughter fell in love with the facility before she began. My 29 month old is a little fussy at drop but her teachers do a great job at redirecting her and consoling. As for my 7 month old, he lights up at the sight of his teacher. I was against daycare intentionally, however I do feel comfortable with the thought that my children are safe and moreover loved here. Also, the facility's app Procare allows myself and dad to stay in tune with their day to day activities. My daughter's class offers curriculum and activities that I see in kindergarten so I appreciate the staff for preparing the students & keeping them engaged with age appropriate activities.

Last summer there were fliers at the front desk for N-Zone sports. You sign up your kid and someone from N-Zone comes once a week for the month to introduce your kid to the new sport of the month: kickball, soccer, football, and basketball were some of the offerings. One week our child said nobody had came that week to teach him soccer. So we asked two different staff members about it and nobody knew what N-Zone even was. We called the front desk the next day and asked if Ms. so-and-so from N-Zone would be there today and the woman on the phone said "I dont know but if she comes he (our kid) can go with her." Excuse me??? There is never anybody sitting at the front desk to screen people in. Anybody can walk into the building behind a parent and have access to your child and the staff would be absolutely unaware. You can literally say you're anybody and nobody would know any better. Just wanted to add that Ms. Tammy is a great teacher and made both our kids feel loved here. Ms. Carol was also a high quality staff member who always knew what was going on at Jaymes. You could tell she actually cared. Hopefully she left for a higher quality school.

When I found out I was pregnant my son insisted his sister go to Kay's as well. Of course it was a no-brainer for us. My daughter smiles every time she sees Kay and her teacher, I am always well informed of her day and she always gives a loving wave when we leave . We love it here! I highly recommend.

Lakeena Creary (owner) is very unprofessional, harsh and rude as ever…read more Her staff was the best Part about my son attending the Daycare which is the only reason why he continued his enrollment. When he was a newborn his pacifiers were lost his pacifiers were switched they sent him home with the wrong pacifier almost at least twice a week. The bottles were switched everything was just a mess. The owner even came to me and asked me to give her time to fix her mistakes in which we did however we were not giving the same courtesy as we gave her. During the Covid shut down I had paid her in advance for the following week and was told that if the kids were not coming then we didn't have to pay so I asked her if the money that I had previously paid would be credited to my account and she advised me that she couldn't credit me being that I already had paid even though my child wasn't going. Since then I started paying weekly again and sometimes I would forget to pay on time hence why I usually paid two weeks in advance. I stopped paying in advance because I felt that it was unfair that she kept my money but didn't make any of the other kids parents pay. Today she called in disenrolled my son due to me being late on a $35 payment she was very rude and unprofessional she didn't even ask if/why I was having a hard time during this world wide pandemic. She she sent out newsletters telling parents that they would have to pay regardless of the COVID-19. Whether they brought their children or not so many people lost their jobs if she was so uncaring and inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend her business to anyone. Being a first time mom I let a lot of stuff slide because I was in dire need of childcare at the time but going forward I would never enrolled him in a daycare like such. All you have to do is look at the DHS violations website and you will be able to review any daycare violations for ANY DAYCARE you choose.
