This is a long review but worth the read! I recently bought my wife of 53 years a new Tesla Model Y. If you know about those particular cars you know they have a supervised self-driving feature. This is a big deal if you happen to have Parkinson's disease! It's a movement disorder with no cure. It is also a disease that takes away your independence. With that said we took our car to American Detail located at 16634 House & Hahl Road for window tinting and Expel on the entire front of the car. All went well until we started to drive away. The self-driving wouldn't work! We were told that sometimes that can happen for different reasons. We were assured that it would return. However, the problem was my wife needed the self-driving to get home. We went back to American Detail and spoke to Ian about the problem of getting back home. Ian and another employee drove our Tesla home for us in the rain. I just want to highlight this business for their compassion for a couple of customers in their twilight years who needed help getting back home. Now for the quality of work. I have purchased many vehicles and have had tinting installed in every single one, some had imperfections that needed to be addressed. American Details work on our Tesla was perfect. If you need window tinting installed t or Expel to protect your investment you should use this company. If I could give them a ten star review I would! Searching for PPF/Ceramic Coating service provider can be very nerve wrecking, and I am glad I did it with American Detail. After months of searching, comparing quality and pricing, I had so many questions to do or not to do this for my brand new M440i. After watching hundreds of YouTube videos in regards to PPF/Ceramic coating, I have gotten so confused if this is good for me or not. Allen from American Detail didn't mind to spend time explaining the procedures, pros and cons, do and don't with me on the phone, answered all the questions I had, and we scheduled a tour of their facility. From the front desk to the work area, you will be amazed how they tidy up their facility to care for your car. Well, it's now been 1.5 years since I did my $4k PPF & Full top of the line ceramic coating including windows, wheel, etc. I am highly disappointed and upset that after they got my $$$ they never have called me to check or ask if they can answer any questions. They answered them all when I was looking around for their expensive investment on my 2019 corvette. The work was good. Not perfect. Wife caught some questionable spots but in all it looked amazing when done. I have a few spots that need to get treated and the 7 year coating may not last 3 years I believe. When we picked up the car the "owner" who answered all my questions at first was not around to answer our questions. The girl in the front couldn't answer any of our questions and I was hoping they would contact me back. My wife said how sad it was that business like this get your hard earned money, and once they get it, they forget about you. I just bought a new 2023 Hyundai Palisade for the wife and want to have PPF and ceramic coating applied. This is what let me to think about this business and give them this review. Had they done their due diligence, here I would have came and spend another $4-5K as a repeat customer. However, given the after the sale Non-experience we have had, I don't think we will be back. I'm now looking for another place that will not only do as good job as they did, but also answer our after installation questions and continue communications in hopes of earning another transaction from us. I don't like writing these reviews like this but it may help them see their lack of customer satisfaction and follow up to maintain their customer base. Like the old saying goes; "F$@& me once, shame on you, F$&@ me twice, shame on me". Not a chance. Hope you can take this review and learn from it. Had my tint done here because of the reviews and high quality tint they offered. Got all windows done at about 1k $$$. Got bubbles in half of them (still nearly a year later). Tried to call several times and even left a message with no answers or return calls. I'd be inclined to change my review if they ever make it right. For now I wouldn't believe the hype of you get what you pay for and get it done right the first time. I got neither of those from here. read more

I took my 2020 Tacoma to American Detail to get Ceramic coating and wrap. They did a excellent job, so talented and caring company. I emailed first using their website and got a call the next day explaining the process and received a quote right away with several choices. They invited us to come and see their business and were very welcoming, we were very impressed. The job took about 8 days and even sent a sneak preview picture. The website has a lot of great information, videos and pictures of vehicles in process and completed. Next new vehicle will be going to them first before driving on the roads. I took my 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo coupe Final Edition in to get it detailed (paint correction + ceramic coating). It had pretty bad etched water spots all over the paint due to previous owner or dealership not taking care of it when it got wet with probably a sprinkler system with strong hard water. Now it is water-spot-FREE and shiny like it should be! Very happy with the results! I recommend these guys, they are very professional and their shop is pretty badass! read more
