My car was recently broken into and they smashed out the window in my new Mercedes. I called everyone in Houston and no one had the glass; It was going to take at least 2 weeks for it to come in. I called Quick Fix and spoke to Yvonne. Yvonne was able to order the glass and have it installed within 3 days. 3 days might sound like a lot, but when you have no window in your new Mercedes, 3 day's is A LOT better than 2 weeks! I should also mention that while my glass was being installed, the repair man found my mobile phone under the seat that I thought was stolen during the break in - he really saved my a$$!! The headliner on my beater car (2007 Accord sedan), detached 90% while driving on I-10 with the windows down after the a/c had failed. I can't say enough great things about the work done by Quick Fix Headliners and Glass. The upholstery on the headliner in my Honda Accord had started to sag and needed replacing. Robert came out to my house to remove the headliner, which was great because it allowed me to still use my car while the work was being done. Less than 24 hours later, he came back to install. The new upholstery looks fantastic and is about a 99% match to the other upholstery in the car. The color is a 100% match. They also replaced my windshield. Robert replaced the headliner in my 2007 Honda Accord. We brought it in and in a snap he took out the headliner board out like a pro, unbelievable how quick it was. Dropped my car off at 9:30am to have him take out my headliner, left around 10am, and was called back in just 2 hours about 12pm to go back to have them put the new headliner back in. They will jerk you around and lie to you. My husband took off work three days in a row so they could come install a headliner and they never showed. At one point, they told me they would be out in the morning; two hours later, I was told they would not show up until 4 or 5 pm. My husband went to their shop and still had to wait two hours. They said we did not have to be present to have the work done, but then said they wouldn't come unless someone was at home. They said they took major credit cards then demanded to be paid in cash. Their original estimate was wrong by 150.00. The liner they use is not even close to the color of my car's interior. The fabric is cheap and ripped when I ran my hand over it. I am currently looking for a new place to take my car for a new headliner. read more

Dang that 18 wheeler!! That small little crack slowly crept across my windshield and now its time to get my car inspected! I have a 2014 Lexus ES350, Westside Lexus wanted to charge me $1250 to replace the windshield because it had the built in rain sensor, heater and digital radio antenna. I went online to the Better Business Bureau and found Quick Fix Headliners & Glass with a A+ rating. (My husband's is a BBB member and I am a true believer of using BBB 'Accredited' businesses). Yvonne answered the phone quickly and was able to get me a price half of what Westside wanted to charge. We discussed all the features of the car so she could locate the correct windshield. I had been warned by dealership that the rain sensor might not work if someone else installed but Yvonne assured me this was not the case. They came directly to my office and installed the windshield. I can say the rain sensor and digital radio antenna work perfect! It will be a while before I have to test the windshield heater since it is currently 90+ degrees today! I am very happy and highly recommend. read more

My leather seats on my LS400 were beyond repair and Robert brought my 1993 Lexus back to brand new. Everybody saw it and said it looks like it came off the showroom floor. He replaced my front and back seats my console my steering wheel and recovered my gear shift. It look like it was made for my car. The color matched the old seat covers. From the lady on the phone to the guys who did the work, these people are professionals and know what they are doing. I took my jeep there for them to correct work done by another glass shop to remain nameless. They used quality American made materials, not the cheap Chinese junk used by the other guy and the installation was quick and done right. Their shop is recovering from flood damage but don't let that scare you... they're working hard and it shows.
