We needed all our windows inside and out cleaned and Patrick was awesome! My husband got several quotes and Patrick offered the best deal. Our house is fairly large and there were many high windows. We recently moved in and the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in YEARS so he had his work cut out for him. I can't say enough how HAPPY I am with the result of his work. His attention to detail was superb and you can tell he cares very much about the quality of his work. On top of that, he was extremely polite and very patient as we have 5 active children and was very flexible with our schedule and even rooms to do (with napping babies). I am literally 10 months behind in leaving this review. We requested Patrick come to our house to give us a quote on cleaning all of our windows inside and out. Very promptly Patrick called and scheduled a time to meet us the next day and provided us with our very reasonable quote and scheduled his return to perform the work. Patrick did a awesome, thorough job and was very professional. We will be utilizing Patrick again for our windows as well as getting a quote on gutter cleaning. Patrick came by today to clean our windows inside and out. I don't care for heights and our skylight hasn't been cleaned inside for over ten years. Patrick did a great job cleaning all our windows. He brought all his own equipment and ladders. I would highly recommend that he do your windows next time they are due for a cleaning. read more

We hired Patrick to clean our windows, over 1200 individual panes,and he did a marvelous job. He was also able to clean a window some 24 feet above our curved staircase which others had refused to clean. Patrick is very professional, arrived every day when he said he would and left the areas both in and outside our house neat and tidy. Our neighbor sold their house recently and had hired American Dream Window Cleaning to clean the windows prior to turn over to the new buyer. They showed us what a GREAT job they were doing on their windows. We were so impressed we asked them to give us an estimate to do the same to the windows in our house. Patrick Winterstein came by as soon as he finished that job and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate to clean all of the glass (in and out) in our house. We accepted the bid and set a date just a few days out to do the work. Patrick arrived on time with all of the right equipment and went to work right away cleaning all of the glass windows (including 10 panels that are on the second floor inside and out), exterior glass doors, and sliders, all the while taking care not to cause any exterior or interior collateral damage (VERY RESPECTFUL to our home). He was extremely helpful in pointing out several window units that had seam seal failures (we contacted the manufacturer for warranty repairs on those), and a couple of hard water spots that we had not yet noticed. We seldom write reviews but Patrick did such a FANTASTIC job we felt that we would be amiss not letting others know about how good and professional a job he did, and how good our windows look now!!! Great experience. He was extremely professional, friendly, on time, and delicate with the screens. I needed my windows washed after heavy dirt took over my windows. I also had hard water buildup on all of my windows from my sprinkler. My windows haven't been this clean since I built the house. He was able to complete it quickly and at an AFFORDABLE price.
