I requested quotes from a bunch of companies and J&L replied back promptly. I needed an in person consultation and Jose was able to come out the next day and quote us. We got the quote and were able to schedule to get the job done that week. It was initially supposed to take one day - but due to unforeseen circumstances, which was at no fault to Jose or the company, but from the previous painters - jose had to come back the next day to finish up. Jose was communicative with us throughout the whole process and explained in detail whenever we had questions. Overall, it only took a week from requesting the quote to getting the job done. I've already referred him to our neighbor and a friend of ours because of the quality work & how personable and genuine Jose is.
