Failed my driving test because I was "speeding" ( I didn't go 5 miles over the speed limit) and I "didn't properly check to make sure the coast was clear" (just a total lie). The driving test guy is, not only a liar, but also extremely creepy. I had a weird vibe about him at first but when he started claiming I was speeding while I was going the speed limit just confirmed it. They take advantage of the fact that you are pretty much at their mercy. So this loser / creep / liar failed my driving test even though I drove perfectly - what am I going to do about it? Except do what they say and take a 4 hour driving test and re-take the test. These are the type of people who always seem to be in charge of things they shouldn't be in charge of. Liars that have never benefitted a single person.

She also cancelled on 07/30/16. She never rescheduled. My husband, myself and son tried to call her on several occasions with no response. On 08/20/16 my son received a text from her. She offered and sent a $70 refund. This is unacceptable due to this was the most important part of the contract that she breached. She still doesn't return calls. She cannot enter into a refund agreement with my minor son.

In car driving instructor "Tina" was rude and constantly yelled at the student driver, while also refusing to expose the student driver to freeway driving. Tina would also pick up another student, while in a session with an exisiting student, on the way to drop off that exisiting student. In car driving instructor "Mr. Steve" no-called no-showed for a 9am session. Office staff has zero customer service and could care less about the students they take money from. Find another company to use. This one is garbage.
