I texted the number on the website two weeks later and was told there were issues with the website. Signed up for class, which was then canceled by Cardinal. Was offered option for online classes at no additional cost and it took multiple attempts and contacts to get that working. Every time I emailed Tina (twice), I was ignored. I would then have to text Sheila in Columbus, who would contact Tina and tell her to respond to me. Finally got scheduled for driving times (after emailing Tina twice, being ignored, texting Sheila, and then having to wait two months for openings). At first drive, Tina seemed impatient and irritable. She failed to show up for second drive (with no heads-up that she wasn't coming), and was 10 minutes late for third drive. Had to contact Tina and Sheila multiple times over a month to get ONE HOUR of driving time made up from when Tina no-showed. Sheila in Columbus was great. Tina in Findlay, DO BETTER!!

The owner locked the doors at 5 o'clock. When we knocked she came to the door and said the class had already started and that we would not be allowed in. The company fulfilled half the contract with the classroom time but failed to provide the 8 hours driving time. He was to start driving 07/01/2016 but Wendy cancelled because her glasses broke. She also cancelled on 07/30/16. She never rescheduled. My husband, myself and son tried to call her on several occasions with no response. On 08/20/16 my son received a text from her. She offered and sent a $70 refund. This is unacceptable due to this was the most important part of the contract that she breached. She still doesn't return calls. She cannot enter into a refund agreement with my minor son.
