During my most recent visit, this store had a full selection of clothing for all genders and ages. I saw sale signs advertising 30-50% off that made most merchandise reasonably priced. One recommendation for improvement is to organize the clothing racks. When I was looking at racks of women's clothing, I was in my section for size small, but sizes of medium and large were mixed in. Otherwise, the employees did their jobs.

Historically I was actually a loyal Kohls shopper, but not only were their sales minimal that day (i.e. this former regular had sticker shock) but only a single pair of pants I tried there looked decent on me. (Real talk, when your shape is too big for one size but too small for the next size up...it's a bad day for your self-esteem.) After that disappointment, shopping at Old Navy was a much better experience all around. The store felt brighter, less cluttered, and better organized. Bonus, Old Navy knows its audience: it has lots of signage around the store explaining exactly how each pant style being sold would fit/sit/flare/etc once on. I saved so much time skipping the styles I just have no interest in/know will look bad on me. I left Old Navy with two jeans and three shorts for a reasonable price (heck yeah, summer sales), and all of them fit better than the majority of items I'd tried on at the previous store. So yay: I once again have jeans for when I need them, and I have shorts for those really hot summer days too. (But I'm still throwing my leggings on when I can - they're the best!)

My husband really likes the slip-on shoes, and I really like the bungee-lace sneakers. We visited this store to browse their merchandise. As soon as we walked through the front door, an employee kindly greeted us. I saw probably hundreds of styles of sneakers, sandals, boots, and dress shoes. The regular prices were OK, and the clearance prices were low to very low. One pair of sneakers that I liked were no longer available in my size, so I ended up not buying any shoes. I found a pack of socks that I liked. The cashier promptly rang up my purchase and made friendly conversation.

As soon as I entered the store, a salesperson kindly greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I appreciate that she acknowledged me but gave me space to browse the racks of merchandise on my own. She also made some friendly conversation with my husband who was waiting on me. Throughout the store, the clothing and accessories looked to be a high quality. I did not need any of the clothes, so I ended up picking out only a pack of socks for $18. At the checkout counter, the cashier greeted me, accurately rang up my purchase, and thanked me.

For men they offer belts, wallets, key chains, hats, baseball caps, t shirts, polo shirts, button up shirts, dress shirts, dress blazers, jackets, sweaters, sweat shirts, sweat pants, sneakers, casual and dress shoes, cologne and much more. Prices are kind of high to be a outlet but, you can really clean up when they have a sale. I picked up a $125 Polo shirt for $17! What I really love about this store is their huge selection of Polo merchandise. They have Polos in colors I have never seen before and I have a ton of them! The women's section is just as well stocked as the men's. They also carry jewelry and accessories for the ladies as well.
