I was able to find a shirt I liked which was on sale plus another 25% off for Memorial Day, so I got one for under $50. They also had an order next day delivery and get $25 off, but since it was Saturday, I wouldn't get till Wednesday due to the Memorial Day Holiday. Anyway, shipping was "free" so I did it. Shopping is odd as there are very few shirts "on the rack". They have shirts at the back of the store to try on to get your size. It was weird as I tried on a long sleeve shirt to get my size for a short sleeve shirt. Not the best move but I've been mesmerized by them for a while and is the first thing from Shark Tank I can actually find besides squatty potties and scrub daddies and mouth gaggies. The package arrived (UPS Delivered to my neighbor, hence the limerick ending above), but that's not Untuckit's fault. However, Untuckit did NOT put their name on the UPS Tracking info so I had no idea the package was from them. Basically, without that information, I could not contact UPS and do anything about it as I got a notification from UPS that a package was delivered. I checked my CCTV Camera at the gate, my head of security and her assistant, and I know the hounds would have definitely made a ruckus if there was a package. Shame on you Untuckit! I'm glad I have good neighbors who later on, brought the package to me. They're not Jake from State Farm, but equally as nice. The packaging was outstanding and the shirt arrived. I'll wear it out a few times to see how it holds up and see if any buttons fall off like some places. Other than the confusing way to try on stuff and order with "free" shipping, it seems like a quality shirt.

I am now a Large in casual collared shirts and purchased a short sleeve white shirt (which can be dressed up or down), the craftsmanship and materials are very good to excellent on this brand. These shirts generally priced around $75-$100 but you can wait for clearance sales like I do and receive them for under $50. The customer service I've encountered has always been outstanding and professional.

He was warm and genuine, knowledgeable, helpful, and treated my son and I like we were VIPs but I got the feeling he is the sort of person who gives this level of service to everyone. The line moved quickly and although I had a problem at the register because of a unusual activity protection alert (shopping out of state) on the card I initially used, the employee at the register was patient and pleasant. Teamwork and a positive culture seemed evident in how they celebrated each other with shout outs over the radio when I mentioned the excellent service received. I was greeted by Kayla who was very nice but you could tell that she was very new. She wasn't pushy at all, told me about their sales and then continued to help some friends that had come in. I ended up asking Sara (come to find out later, she's the store manage) about a shirt in a different size and then she pointed me in a new direction when my size wasn't available. Loved her suggestion but after trying it on, it wasn't for me. Then she switched it up again and that's when i tried on a bunch of stuff that honestly, i would have never grabbed. I loved almost everything. I left with a bag full of stuff, a special order and a great price! I feel like I even left with a new friend! She was so incredibly friendly but still professional, she made me feel comfortable and took very good care of me. Ryan showed me the jeans that were on sale and Eva went out of her way to pick out a couple shirts she thought I might like based on what I had grabbed before going into the fitting room. I left with 4 gorgeous and unique looking shirts that I'm very happy with. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it is very expensive, at least for me. As for the people commenting about the sales associates being pushy....that is their job. Retail workers often have daily sales goals to meet and are told to actively engage with customers and SELL SELL SELL additional products. I have worked retail before and I know what happens when you "don't make your numbers" for the day. It isn't that hard to say "no thank you" a few times while you shop. Just some food for thought
