I told the girl managing the door that I had already ordered something annd was just there to pick it up and she let me go right in. After experiencing a strap breaking on a new bag I was alarmed by the dip in quality and switched to another brand. After a year of absence I returned to purchase a bag and a matching wallet. The sale went great. The store was loaded with cute items. I found what I wanted and the sales associate was upbeat and friendly. The letter "d" fell off the name on the front of the purse two days into my ownership. I came in looking for a particular shade of blue, small crossbody or clutch, I saw one I liked at Tori Burch, but I was shopping around. They had lots of black and white, nudes, rose, but not the specific color I wanted. Despite the craziness. The store didn't look half bad. I was able to snatch up one of their adorable spade styled bracelets and a wallet for under $30....the wallet alone was originally priced at $120. As a Black woman, I am frustrated, disgusted, and disappointed to go into a store to spend my hard earned money, only to be followed around by store staff and security. This was my experience at this store. Sadly, I believe this happens at many stores in the US (and probably worldwide). I bought a bag from them online and when it was received I put my essential items in to see if it would work and be the right fit for them. Unfortunately it was not the right size so I returned the item via mail back to their warehouse in Texas. Little did I know that I made the big mistake of leaving my keys in there! Until I went to get them and I couldn't find them. Luckily we have a tracker and when we went to track them they were in Texas at the address I returned my bag to. I called the phone number on the return label to reach them, and spoke to Franco, who said he would look into the matter and get back to me. He never did so I called back again and the representative I spoke to was different but she said she would escalate the situation and experience I had about returning my keys. I still have yet to hear back. You would think that they would have a lost and found office or at the very least return my keys when they got them because the return form has my name address and order number on there. So now we tracked it again and they are in Mexico! If an airport, as big as they are can have lost and found items thenKate Spade could too. But instead, they have dishonest workers and I need my keys back! What I'm worried about most of all is they have my address whoever has my keys and knows where to find me that is a big problem, a problem of personal safety. I do not recommend buying from them. Yes it was my mistake, but they should've corrected it. I have filed a case with the Better Business Bureau about this. So in my experience if you shop from them, make sure that when you return your items that there are no personal items left in the item you order and sending back. They will not return them, which is unethical and definitely not good business! read more

In addition, they have a small selection of jewelry that can ranges from $70-90. The purses that have the glitter look really pretty but I noticed it does shed. I visited this location two days in a row. The first night I went the customer service was mediocre. No one greeted me and/or asked if I along with other clients needed assistance. I visited this store on a Saturday, it was very busy, but I knew that ahead of time, so it didn't bother me. I purposely went during Labor Day weekend to take advantage of all the sales and boy am I glad I did! As soon as I walked in a friendly employee told me the ENTIRE STORE was 40% off and with that she handed me a coupon to take an additional 20% off. *gasp* The store is smaller than the Coach Factory store, but not as small as people make it out to be. It took me about 5 minutes to find exactly what I was looking for, a large black work tote in leather. Once I found it, an employee brought me a new one from the back, as the one I grabbed was a display. The tag price was $295. With the sale and coupon, my total came out to $141.60 before tax, meaning my discount was more than what I paid! I will definitely be returning to this store during the next holiday weekend or maybe after Christmas to score some more deals!
