I have a pocket full of winnings and we all decide to go into Coach to shop. Walking in, the greeter? Looks like my wife's aunt. She welcomes us to Coach and I said I have to hug you. She didn't understand at first but I hugged her hello. Once inside, I zero in on the Men's Sale section. I see a Coach Sweat Jacket that I'm going to wear on vacation in a few weeks. I was in this store the other day the first time I went in to look at stuff but got too hungry so went back about an hour later. First time no one said anything to me. Second time after I was done with everything and walking to register did someone finally ask me if I was doing okay. I get to the register and the lady asked if I was using a loft card I said no I was just using a coupon. She said oh well coupons don't work on clearance items. WELL if she knew the product in store she would know that item was the only item in the pile of clothes that was clearance. I told her I knew yes I know because I shop at loft all the time despite what I dress like while shopping. Just saying. I guess I can be harsh with customer service because most of my life I've worked in some kind of customer service/sales and I'm all about the sale no matter how big or small and no matter what a person looks like. Also the associates where redoing the sales floor which is totally fine but a simple hi if you need help let us know goes a long way and takes three seconds of your time. Just saying Like I said I love their clothes. I've been shopping here for a few years now and the clothes are good quality and have cute prints for work or just being casual.
