She tried to me about the store policy to exchange as I'm reading the receipt of the store policy to her. (Guess she thinks I can't read the terms and conditions) When she realized she couldn't pull one over on me, she let me exchange and said she is "going against store policy" which again, is another lie. She said no there was nothing that she could do I should have gave my email as I'm telling her I can't give her something I don't have. Asked her was I just suppose to keep pants I can't fit and she said that's not her problem I should have gave an email. I worked in retail for ten years, I didn't want the money back I just wanted a bigger size. Then when asked for corporate number she told me find it on my own because she can't give me something she doesn't have. Well I hope this makes it to corporate. I love that store it's always good sales going on but I definitely won't be returning to the Bayshore location
