We had to leave that store, and my girlfriend came out crying because an employee snatched her dresses after she tried them on. I don't recommend this place anymore. I had very good expectations of this place unfortunately this afternoon someone had recommended the store to me and now that my partner and I decided to buy some dresses after trying them on one of the employees didn't say anything and just snatched the dresses from my partner then gave them to the cashier and took them to the back without saying anything to us we had to leave this store and my partner came out crying because of the bad time they made us go through I hope the managers of this business see this comment because just as they made us go through a bad time how many more people will go through. Yesterday, when I went to return an item that didn't fit, one of the employees made me very uncomfortable by saying she would close the doors to keep me out because I always come to return things. I told her, "How can you say that? I haven't been here this week, last week, or the week before!" It was so embarrassing and upsetting that I still feel bad about it. The employee was a large woman of African descent. The incident occurred on June 28, 2024, around 5 pm. this store Is one of my go tos for not only casual clothes but also for special occasion dresses. Madlie took The time to help me yesterday with an engagement dress, she pointed out a lot of different styles of dresses I could try and even took the dress off a mannequin for me, which ended up fitting like a glove. It was so refreshing to have a knowledgeable and also approachable employee on the floor, she made this experience very pleasant and makes me want to come back to shop again! :) read more

I absolutely loved the store and they're customer service. I have been going back-and-forth for weeks trying to find the perfect dress for my yacht party and I couldn't seem to find anything. I took a shot going to the store and I was looking all over going insane when MARNI couldn't have been more of a help if she tried. she basically picked out multiple outfits and I ended up getting them all including shoes! she is the definition of a perfect employee and I wouldn't have found or felt comfortable in anything if it wasn't for her. she's not only considerate and kind she is truly passionate about her job and her customers that walk in the door. she deserves much more than this review and I appreciate everything that she did for me. my experience with her was above and beyond! I had horrible and very disappointing experience on6/28/19 @7:30. I am not only a customer but a retail manager. NEVER have i ever seen a mess. I wasn't even greeted at the door nor was there any sense of urgency. Expect the only girl that was ringing up and helping customers. She was very sweet and helpful. As for the manager and the other associate they were in a corner chatting away with their friends and while i waited for a fitting room, i was pointed to one filled with dresses and hangers everywhere. Not one time did either one asked me if i was completely satisfied. They just gave me dirty looks and didn't even help me. They need to change their staff around or they need structure. read more

Stephanie was amazing and did everything she said she would do. Back story, I ordered a dress online and it was too small. There were none available anywhere in NY but she stated she would check the racks, and call me back in 2 hours. She absolutely did everything she promised and more. She had the new dress shipped in from New England in under a week. I met her in person and she was helpful and very customer service friendly.
