The lack of consideration for the customers who come into the store and I'm talking about the Bayshore location 11706 having one cashier open and having a long line of people you should be grateful people are coming into the store with their hard-earned dollars I got tired of waiting so I called the manager on the phone and I could tell she wasn't happy that I was interrupting her to send another cashier out to help move this line along we don't come into the store to spend all day long just to pay for these things that are expensive to begin with and you wonder why people are buying things online why should I get in the car try to get a parking spot walk around that whole store and then have to stand on a ridiculously long line with one cashier and I know it's not the cashier's fault I blame it solely on the manager corporate should look at these reviews and they should actually reprimand the people who are in charge over there Wake up people go back to the way things used to be where customers were valued I make no apology for this review as you get older there's nothing more painful than when you're standing on a long line your arthritis is killing you The lady in front of me was standing there with a cane and she was in pain waiting for this line to move it's ridiculous, read more

I like this place, I used to go to the Ronkonkoma location and avoided the hell out of the one in Commack/Brentwood. My only gripe about this location is WHY IN THE WORLD IS THAT STUPID KIOSK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RETURNS LINE??? Doesn't anyone have half a brain in there to think about that horrible installation? I used to come to Kohl's all the time to buy shoes, they always had the best stocked and cleanest shoe department out of any Kohl's I've been to. That was until recently. I went in there today and the department was a disaster. There were empty boxes everywhere, empty displays and I couldn't find my sizes in any shoe I like. last three times i came in the span of a month the manager kept coming up to me asking me to sign up for a credit card. and as i was on line watched him go up to every cashier not asking how they are doing but asking how many people they got to sign up for credit cards and if they didn't get any his face would change and you can tell he was mad. read more

I purchased a pair of sneakers at this location. When I got home and tried them on everything seemed fine. Then, just a couple hours later after wearing them, I noticed that the innersole in one of them had slid back and my toes were getting irritated from the front edge of the moved innersole. There was something definitely wrong with the shoe. I contacted New Balance who had me send them images of the shoe and innersole. They confirmed that the innersoles in the sneakers that I purchased at this Kohl's were NOT the innersoles that were supposed to be in the shoes. The New Balance innersole is blue with white logo branding all over it. The one's in the pair I purchased had plain blue ones in them. Another thing I noticed upon New Balance asking me for the info on the sneaker tongue tag, was that the info tags in both sneakers were worn so much that you couldn't read the info on them. These were obviously WELL worn by someone else, the innersoles pulled out and replaced with some other sneaker's innersoles, and returned. Worse yet, Kohl's put them back on the floor for an unsuspecting customer to repurchase. Very disappointed in Kohl's and even more so, the customer who had the balls to do this and return them is a despicable pig. Now I have to trek all the way back to the store to return them. If I wanted to wear used sneakers I'd go buy them from the thrift store for $5 and not $60 under the guise that they were new! Thanks for wasting my time! read more

Not a fan...every time I go in their its the same very boring un-orginal clothing and for the stuff thats decent expect it too be over priced. Staff was nice. Total ghost town at this location. Good coupons if you have a khols card but I like Target much more. read more

Compared to the Kohls in Deer Park, it doesn't seem to have a large selection of items to choose from -especially toddlers clothing.

Excellent customer service. Kindest gesture today by the young man working the register, I had asked him on my way in if there was any drinks for sale (small fridge sometimes in shopping stores) and he said no...About 15 minutes later he brought me a water bottle while I was shopping. He bought it from the break room for me! What a nice man, his name was Jake, I hope this review gets him some recognition!!! read more

Pretty huge Kohl's but a few areas of the store are quite messy. Everything is easy to find but I just found it weird that they really charge 5 cents for a bag. I thought it was a joke at first but the cashier was serious about it. I can respect it if it's a environmental thing they're going for but is this the only Kohl's that is doing this? I've gone to different Kohl's around Long Island and Queens and none of them charge extra for shopping bags. What's even more weird, we came to this same Kohl's in August on the day John McCain died. The cashier told us then that they are charging 5 cents per bag because this is what John McCain was fighting for. But let's be real here, what the hell does John McCain has to do with a Kohl's bagging policy out in Long Island? Ain't he a politician from Arizona?? If there is a new 5 cents bag policy that's being enforced by Suffolk county, just say so or post a sign at the counter. Why do they gotta make stories up about proceeds going to John McCain or what not? read more
